Use of Services
NBS Training Systems provides training, coaching, education, account access, and related digital services. By using the website or app, you agree to use these services responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
Coaching Plans
Every paid NBS plan includes a coaching relationship. On the $50 monthly plan, you build your own program with the NBS Builder and receive one monthly coach-reviewed check-in with personalized written feedback. On the $100 monthly plan, you continue to build your own program and receive weekly coach-reviewed check-ins, coach-to-client messaging, and ongoing guidance. On the $200 monthly plan, NBS also builds, manages, and adjusts your training program with the highest level of coaching involvement.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Training Information
Training content is provided for educational and coaching purposes. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and seeking professional guidance when needed.
Payments and Access
Paid access, subscriptions, and account permissions are managed through the systems connected to NBS Training Systems. Access may depend on active plan status and successful payment processing. Coaching cadence and program-management services depend on the active plan selected at checkout.
